What we’re doing to keep you safe:

• Implementing a hand washing schedule of at least every hour, unless coming in direct contact with a patient, in which case, it will be before and after contact.

• Limiting the number of people in our office by modifying our schedule and requiring appointments for all services.

• Doors, chairs, desks and other high touch surfaces will be sanitized every 2 hours and after every patient.

• Testing and exam rooms will be sanitized thoroughly after every patient.

• Germ barriers have been installed on all desks and equipment.

• Touch-less faucets and soap dispensers have been installed on all sinks.

• Hand sanitizer is available for use throughout the office.

• Contactless eyeglass repairs and pick ups.

• Contact lenses can be ordered online and shipped directly to you. If they are shipped to the office we are provided contactless pickup.

• Wellness and temperature check ins for all staff before the start of every shift. Sick team members are asked to stay home. All employees will be required to wear appropriate attire including scrubs, gloves, masks, and face shields.

• Masks will be worn at all times by patients and employees and social distancing rules are in effect.

• Highest quality HVAC filters have been added for purifying the air in the office.

• The ventilation system has been adjusted to provide maximum airflow with fresh outside air.

• Our optical staff are using strict disinfection protocol for eyeglass frames and sunglasses. No frame will be put back on the frame board without being properly sanitized. No patient will be allowed to freely browse in optical without assistance from a staff member to ensure cleaning standards can be upheld.
